Shipping & Returns
We ship our products worldwide and also offer low-cost standard shipping within Australia!
- If you are based outside of Australia please carefully select the best shipping option for you.
- We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 3 business days.
- Please allow up to 21 days for some international orders to arrive before contacting us.
*Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by a refused/returned shipment and for unclaimed goods. Cost for re-delivery attempts due to incorrect details being provided at checkout will be passed on to the customer. When your order is shipped you will be sent an email confirmation with an order number which must be used when inquiring about your order.
*There may be Taxes or Duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after the delivery is made. These charges are non-inclusive of the original shipping charge and are unable to be paid for or reimbursed by Noir Body. Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on their order. Please contact your local customs office if you are unsure whether you will be affected.
*Noir Body will make every effort to dispatch and deliver your order in a timely manner, however we are not liable for delayed or lost shipments as this is outside of our control.
Returns & Refunds (click here for Deutsche version)
We will replace (at our discretion) any items delivered to you that are found to be defective at no charge and conditional on all defective item(s) being returned to Noir Body unopened and in the original and undamaged packaging. Please send the exchangeable items registered mail as no item will be exchanged until after being received by us.
When can I get a refund?
You can only ever get a refund when your Noir Body products have not been opened or used in any way and you return it to us (at your expense) via the address we can give you if you request it from us through our website contact form.
We can never refund you under any circumstances if your products have been opened. We are unable to give refunds on orders where incorrect addresses have been provided.
Please note this is not a money-back guaranteed product.
What happens if I want to cancel my order?
If you request cancellation of your order we cannot always 100% guarantee that it will be cancelled. We physically cannot cancel orders after 60 minutes of you placing your order. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver goods within the time frames specified, but we do not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time or for goods lost by third-party delivery companies.
Incorrect Items Ordered
We will issue a full refund for items ordered incorrectly by you if you notify us within 7 days of receipt and conditional on all item(s) being returned to Noir Body unopened and in the original packaging and undamaged. Postage costs incurred by you for the return of product will not be refunded. Please send the returnable items registered mail as no item will be refunded until received by us. If we have sent you the incorrect product from that which you ordered, please send the products back to our business address for an exchange.
